Payment Security
By completing a transaction on our website, you confirm that the credit or debit card used belongs to you, or that you have received explicit authorization from the cardholder to use it. All cardholders are subject to validation checks and authorization by the card issuer. If the issuer declines to authorize the payment, Umbi will not be responsible for any delays or failure in delivery.
We take your privacy and data security very seriously. All information is fully encrypted and used solely for processing the card transactions you have authorized.
Shipping & Delivery
Processing Time
Umbi offers both in-stock and pre-order items. The estimated processing and delivery timeframe for each item is displayed under the selected size option on the product page and in your cart. Please review these details carefully to ensure the delivery timeline meets your expectations.
For urgent orders or special delivery requests, please contact our Customer Support team or reach out via live chat. We’ll be happy to assist and explore possible options to expedite your order where feasible.
Shipping & Delivery Time
We ship to most destinations worldwide, with delivery typically taking between 3–10 business days depending on your location. Once your order has been collected by our courier, a tracking number will be sent to your email for shipment tracking.

For orders containing both in-stock and pre-order items, all items will generally be shipped together once the pre-order items become available. However, if you prefer to receive the in-stock items first, with the pre-order items shipped separately at a later date, please submit your request here or contact us via live chat. We are happy to offer complimentary shipping for up to two separate shipments in such cases.

Please note: International orders may be subject to customs clearance procedures, which can occasionally result in delays beyond the estimated delivery timeframe. Customs regulations vary by country, so we recommend contacting your local customs office for further information.
Special Shipping Requirements by Region
Certain destinations have specific customs and import requirements. To avoid delays or unsuccessful delivery, please ensure the necessary information is provided during checkout:
- Brazil: All shipments to Brazil require a valid CPF or CNPJ number in accordance with Brazilian customs regulations. Please include this information in the “Additional Information” section at checkout.
- South Korea: A valid Personal Customs Clearance Code (PCCC) is required for customs clearance. Kindly provide your PCCC in the “Additional Information” section during checkout.
- Turkey: Due to local import regulations, personal shipments valued above USD 50 cannot be imported. We recommend using an alternative shipping address outside Turkey or placing the order under a registered business/commercial entity to facilitate customs clearance.
- Indonesia: Customs authorities may require a valid NPWP (Tax ID), particularly for higher-value shipments. If available, please include it in the “Additional Information” section at checkout.
- United Kingdom: If the shipping address belongs to a business entity, a valid EORI number may be required. Please provide this information during checkout where applicable.
- Gulf Countries (UAE, Saudi Arabia, Qatar, Kuwait, Bahrain & Oman): A valid local phone number is required for delivery coordination. Please ensure all shipping and contact details are complete, accurate, and entered in English to prevent delivery issues.
Refused Shipment
If you decline to accept your parcel due to import duties or taxes, you will be responsible for any duties, taxes and/or customs charges that are incurred on the package, and the cost of returning the package to our address. This amount will be deducted from your merchandise refund.
Duties & Taxes
Your order may be subject to import duties and taxes
We have no control over duties & taxes charges once it reaches your country and cannot predict what they might be. Please contact your local customs office to request details of these.
If a customer declines to accept a parcel due to import duties, taxes, or for any other reason, the customer assumes full responsibility for all postal charges, return shipping costs, customs fees, and handling fees. These amounts will be deducted from the merchandise refund.
Return & Exchange
Eligibility Conditions
- The order must have been placed directly through umbiofficial.com.au
- The item must not have been purchased during a sale or promotional period
- The item must be returned in its original condition — unworn, unwashed, unaltered, free from makeup marks and odors, with all tags (including swing tags, size tags, care tags, and return tags) attached and undamaged
- All original packaging must be included with the return
- The return request must be submitted within 7 days from the delivery date
Return
1. How to Initiate a Return
To begin a return, please submit your request here. If your order meets our return eligibility requirements, a confirmation email will be sent within 2–3 business days, including a return label and an estimated return shipping fee.
Please note:
Final return shipping costs will be confirmed once the returned item is received and will be deducted from your refund amount.
The provided return label is valid for 5 days. Please ensure the item is shipped within this timeframe and according to the instructions outlined in the email.
2. Return Condition Requirements
Returned items must meet all eligibility requirements outlined above. If an item is returned damaged, altered, or shows signs of mishandling or improper use, Umbi reserves the right to reject the return or apply a repair/restoration fee at its discretion.
3. Refund Processing
Once your returned item(s) have been received and inspected, your refund will be processed accordingly. Refund processing typically takes 10–15 business days from the date the return is received, but may take up to 30 business days depending on your card issuer or financial institution.
Refunds will be issued to the original payment method based on the original purchase amount, excluding any original shipping charges and return shipping fees.
If you have not received your refund after 30 business days, please contact our Customer Support team for further assistance.
Exchange
1. Before Dispatch
If you have not yet received a tracking number, you may request changes to your order through:

Please note that discounted items purchased during sale periods are not eligible for exchange or modification.
2. After Dispatch
If your order has already been shipped and you would like to exchange it for a different size or style, please follow the steps below:
- Submit an exchange request here or contact us via live chat
- If your request meets our exchange requirements, we will send a confirmation email along with a return label
- Once the returned item is received, we will notify you of any applicable return shipping fees or additional charges
- After payment confirmation, we will process the exchange and dispatch your replacement item
Please note that exchange shipments may be subject to import duties and taxes, which are the responsibility of the customer.
If you require the replacement item urgently, we recommend placing a new order immediately and returning the original item separately. A refund for the original order will be processed once the returned item has been received at our warehouse and successfully passed inspection.
Cancelation
Once an order has been dispatched to our courier, it can no longer be cancelled.
For orders that have not yet been dispatched:
- Cancellation or amendment requests made within 2 hours of placing the order can be processed free of charge.
- After 2 hours, the order may have already entered production or been prepared by our fulfilment team for shipment, and changes may no longer be possible.
If you wish to cancel your order after this period, a 5% cancellation fee will apply.

Approved refunds are typically processed within 10–15 business days from the date the cancellation is confirmed, although processing times may vary depending on your card issuer and can take up to 30 business days.
Please note:
- This policy does not apply to discounted items purchased during sale periods.
- If you refuse delivery of your shipment, you will be responsible for any applicable duties, taxes, customs fees, and return shipping costs incurred. These charges will be deducted from your merchandise refund amount.
Defective
Umbi stands behind the quality of all our products and services. If you receive an item that is defective or faulty, we will gladly provide a complimentary return and a full refund.
Please follow the steps below so we can assist you promptly:
- Contact us here within 3 days of receiving your order, and provide clear photos of the defect along with a video of the unboxing process. Once reviewed and approved, we will arrange a free return and issue a full refund for the defective item.
- Please ensure the item is returned in its original packaging, including all accessories, documentation, manuals, labels, tags, and the original purchase invoice.
